Local country musician Larry Berrio was thrilled to be the opening act for Brooks and Dunn at the Sudbury Arena Saturday evening, playing to a full house. The energetic performer also opened up for Brooks and Dunn in Kingston.

Sudbury Video News - Local boy opens for Brooks and Dunn Berrio signed on with major record label EMI and recently released his latest album called RPM.

Country artists Brooks and Dunn (featuring Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn) played favorites like It's Getting Better All The Time, Cowgirls don't cry, Believe, You're Gonna Miss Me When I'm Gone, Boot Scootin' Boogie and Momma Don't Get Dressed Up For Nothing.

Screaming fans, many of whom were wearing cowboy hats, couldn't get enough of the singers. The duo threw streamers during My Maria before encoring with two more songs. They talked about their tour during the show.

Brooks and Dunn has had more than forty singles on the country music charts. They have recorded ten studio albums, two greatest hits compilations and a Christmas album.
