Car crashes into Records on Wheels

Police are investigating a Friday car accident which resulted in one car smashing through the front window of Records On Wheels.

Around 10 p.m. Friday night, two vehicles were involved in a collision at the intersection of Durham and Elm Streets. As a result of the collision, both drivers were sent to hospital with minor injuries, where they were treated and released.

The driver of one of the vehicles veered off the road and smashed into the storefront of Records on Wheels, resulting in extensive damage to the front of the building.

The matter is still under investigation and charges are pending. 

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to call police at 675-9171 ext. 2212.
