Idling bylaw should apply to politicking - Richard Pulsifer

The proposed anti-idling bylaw would have an important beneficial effect if it applied to all participants at municipal council meetings; in other words, a one-minute limit on all speeches and pronouncements.

Imagine the enormous reduction in greenhouse gas emissions such a practice would produce!
