Re: Article “Sudburians flock to Labour Day festival,” which appeared on NorthernLife.ca Sept. 3.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to the unions, sponsors, businesses, organizers and volunteers for a pleasant day in Bell Park.

The food was good and plentiful, the music was enjoyable and the free gifts — vests, rain jackets, t-shirts, shopping bags, toothbrushes and pens, were appreciated.

I enjoyed it, and here’s to next year.
