Re: Column “Despite safety improvements, miners still dying,” which appeared in the Sept. 11 edition of Northern Life.

It’s a breath of fresh air to read commentary by Mick Lowe in this paper once again.

His column is a wake up call to our provincial government and our region written only as Mick can write, with a nod to history and the community’s well-being.

We need more insight from Mick Lowe in upcoming issues to keep all of us intelligently informed.
