Did I read correctly that Mayor Matichuk is hiring a public relations assistant? Well, apart from the fact that she needs one, this is the same mayor who, not so long ago, was demanding a hiring freeze at the city.

Yet, here she is hiring another employee in her own office.
I noted that recently she hired a spin doctor. Now she wants to hire an apple polisher. Remember this come next election.
