Re: Article “Supportive songs for trying times,” which appeared in the Feb. 26 edition of Northern Life.

I would like to thank everyone who came out for the fundraiser concert with Kassie Tyers. I am so grateful for the outpouring of support. I am blessed to have all of you in my life.

We surpassed our goal. My little boy will keep having a safe place to call home.

Also I would like to thank Kassie for putting all of this together and everyone who helped out: my mother Diane, my mother-in-law Phyllis, my great friends Melissa and Mr. and Mrs. Hunter, and also the wonderful sound tech, Yves and the staff at Leuschen Transportation, along with everyone that spread the word. Again thank you sooooo much.
