Sudburians show compassion for elephants’ plight

I wish to thank everyone who attended “An Evening for Elephants” on Saturday night at the Science North Vale Cavern.

We had a great attendance and a great show of support for African elephants. I would like to remind everyone that you could foster an orphaned baby elephant for yourself or a loved one by visiting sheldrickwildlifetrust.org.

The compassion shown by my fellow Sudburians for a creature in need on the other side of the world was and is indeed touching.
