Letter: Group appreciates community support

On May 10, a family fun day event took place to mark International Fibromyalgia Awareness Day. The money raised goes to the running of the Sudbury Fibromyalgia Support Group, literature for new members, as well as literature to help make people aware that there is a support group in Sudbury.

We would like to thank everyone on behalf of the Sudbury Fibromyalgia Support group and the IFADE Committee. The businesses that donated to our cause were very generous and we are extremely grateful to every one of them.

The volunteers that helped set up and participated in making the day go smoothly were absolutely amazing. Most of all we would like to thank everyone that came out to celebrate our awareness day and join in the festivities.
