The ninth Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run Toll was a great success again. As in the past, the public came through and the total amount raised this year is $23,500 (more than $187,500 over nine years).

Organizers want to thank the following services/agencies/partners who assisted in this year’s event: the Greater Sudbury Police, the Ontario Provincial Police, the Espanola Police Service, the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, City of Sudbury Transit, TD Canada Trust (Lasalle/Falconbridge location), Cambrian College, Costco, Riocan, Interpaving Limited, Loews, Special Olympics Sudbury, COPS volunteers, friends and family.

The organizers and Special Olympics athletes say thank you.
