I myself smoked for 40 years when I decided one day to quit cold turkey. On that day with no cigarettes, I went to the pharmacy and purchased a cigarette resembling a white cigar. It contains a very small amount of nicotine, but it was not the product I was seeking.

One day shortly thereafter, I saw an ad in Northern Life for the e-cigarettes, and that night purchased one. There is no nicotine, but the liquid that is dropped in the capsule produces smoke.

This past May 26 I have been smoke free for three years. I don’t use the e-cigarette anymore, but carry it at all times. I can smell the leather in my car, my white pants are still white, and best of all, no more coughing my lungs out. So my e-cigarette was, for me, a blessing.
