Letter: Shopping hours issue has reader regretting her vote

I hope all the selfish people who shopped on Boxing Day enjoyed their day while our retail workers did not have the luxury of a day to spend with family and friends.

I hope all the selfish people who shopped on Boxing Day enjoyed their day while our retail workers did not have the luxury of a day to spend with family and friends.

I’m proud of our downtown stores, who did not open and gave their staff a day to be with family.

Shame on Mr. Bigger and council, who passed these hours for our retail workers.

I don’t see them working on holidays. I’m sorry I voted for Mr. Bigger. It won’t happen again.
