End of home mail delivery is more than simply annoying

I am just really annoyed and a bit outraged at the government’s desire to stop door-to-door mail delivery. I’m not sure how that will work. there’s a big percentage of people who aren’t on the computer.

there’s a big percentage of people who aren’t on the computer. How will they get information?

My husband and I (and many others) were sitting at a red light on Paris Street yesterday on the Bridge of Nations (which I really love, by the way) and witnessed a mailman getting out of a blue taxi on a side street — and proceed to do his door-to-door delivery.

Is this why the government can’t afford to continue with this service? This is insanity, as far as I’m concerned. Anyone else out there agree?
