Spamalot made us laugh out loud

Editor’s note: Monty Python’s Spamalot runs until Oct. 3 at Theatre Cambrian.

My daughter and I just caught opening night at Theatre Cambrian.

For all you men who will not accompany your better half to a theatre production, this is your chance to see a play that you will enjoy as much as her. Monty Python’s Spamalot is hilarious, and although it is a musical, even the lyrics to the songs make you laugh out loud.

The costumes are fabulous, and the actors appeared to enjoy performing as much as we enjoyed watching the performance.

The comic timing was professional, and since you can’t buy popcorn, it is actually cheaper than going to the movies.

This is one of those plays that you could see several times and enjoy it as much as the first time.
