City's ideas for garbage collection stink

I saw where the city wants to implement a two-week garbage cycle. If they want to lessen the problem, you don’t have 100,000 people with garbage that stinks to the point it will grow flies.

I saw where the city wants to implement a two-week garbage cycle.

If they want to lessen the problem, you don’t have 100,000 people with garbage that stinks to the point it will grow flies. The bear problem will only worsen, and then they will be breaking into garages to eat, and people will be sending the city the bill.

You are better off selling bear-proof garbage containers to people for a reduced cost and keep the one-week garbage cycle.

As for the new law of when to put your garbage out, it is truly scary when your staff does not even realize that bears will come later while you child is waiting for the bus. It is time to get better people for this job because their ideas have no common sense whatsoever.
