Students and staff at Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School raised close to $5,000 for the Heart and Stroke Foundation this year through community canvassing and a blitz night in February (which is Heart Month).

“Student council members at Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School selected the Heart and Stroke Foundation as their charity,” Lo-Ellen Park Secondary School principal Craig Runciman said, in a press release.
