The Centre Club d’Age d’Or de la Vallée held its annual barbecue June 9, where members raised funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. Henry LeBouthillier, club president, agreed to be taken prisoner during the BBQ.

Through private and corporate donations from local businesses, as well as donations from members, the president was allowed to get “out of jail” once the Club’s goal for the day was met.
