The 11th edition of the Sudbury Dragon Boat Festival hits the waters of Ramsey Lake July 17. Proceeds raised from this year’s festival will be donated to the Sudbury Food Bank.

For the first year, the Breast Action Coalition – Sudbury (BAC-S) has entered a team into the competition, led by BAC-S member Crystal Larose, who is a graphic designer with Northern Life’s parent company, Laurentian Media. She will be joined in the boat by fellow Laurentian Media employees, Jim Gray, Kim Wahamaa and Melanie Smith.
