Serves 4 as a side dish
Dressing:
1/3 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp mustard powder
1/4 cup fresh cleaned raspberries
Salad:
3 cups baby spinach, cleaned
1/4 cup light feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup raspberries
In a blender combine dressing ingredients. Blend on low for 1 minute.
In a large salad bowl, toss together spinach, feta and raspberries.
Alternatively, arrange salad ingredients on individual plates.
Pour dressing over salad and serve immediately.
