Alix Voz, 19, donated almost 12 inches of hair to Pantene Beautiful Lengths to make real hair wigs for women who have lost their hair due to cancer treatments.

Voz, the Miss Sudbury Rep 2010 winner, had her hair cut at A Touch of Class by Frank Marasco Aug. 28. She also volunteers her time for the Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer, a registered charitable organization that is committed to helping families in northeastern Ontario who have a child diagnosed with cancer.

The Nipissing University visual arts student won the title of Miss Sudbury Rep 2010 at the Sudbury Youth Contest in April 2010, and is a delegate for the Miss North Ontario Regional Canada Pageant, which will be held in May 2011.
