The debut gala of its kind will see Collège Boréal's Jean Huneault, Ristorante Verdicchio's Alejandro Winzer and Legacy Catering's Stephanie Piché create meals from local ingredients.
The fundraiser in support of Eat Local Sudbury will support the organization in its quest to create a sustainable food system in Greater Sudbury.
Along with a three-course dinner featuring creations from each chef, the evening will include live entertainment and a silent auction.
