Wanted: Nominations for Premier's Awards

The call for nominations for the Premier's Awards for Excellence in the Arts is open from now until Dec. 3.

Artists, creative professionals and cultural organizations are all eligible for nomination for the awards.

“The awards are a great way to recognize an individual or an organization for their creativity and contribution to Ontario's arts and culture,” a media release stated.

The awards are divided into individual and organization categories, and are open to all artistic disciplines including community arts, crafts, dance, music, opera, theatre, visual and media arts, writing, book publishing, magazine publishing, digital media, film, television and sound recording.
