Sudbury is once again playing host to the Festival Théâtre Action en Milieu Scolaire.

From April 12 to 14, students from across the province will be exploring all things theatre at Laurentian University and Collège Boréal during the 16th annual festival.

Capucine Péchenart, liaison officer with Théâtre Action, said about 400 high school students will have the opportunity to participate in 20 different workshops, all pertaining to theatre development, as well as take in professional shows, learn more about French theatre and the language itself.

“Theatre gives them the courage to say who they are as an individual and as a member of a strong Franco-Ontarian community,” Théâtre Action stated.

The community is invited to take in shows as well.
