Sudbury Living magazine wants to send you to the Gourmet Food & Wine Expo in Toronto, but you have to join us Sept 15 to celebrate the Sudbury Living Food & Lifestyle Expo.
Brought to you by Reliance Home Comfort, everyone who comes to the expo and completes their exhibitor passport will be entered into a draw to win a round-trip airfare for two from Sudbury to Toronto – courtesy of Porter Airlines and two VIP tickets to the Gourmet Food & Wine Expo.
More than 50 food and lifestyle exhibitors will showcase their services, offer their products and provide samples to attendees. Join us at the United Steelworkers Hall at 66 Brady St between 11 a.m and 5 p.m., admission is only $5 at the door and children 12 and under are free.
An exciting feature to this year’s event is the Savour Sudbury Food Pavilion – sponsored by Property Guys.com. If you love food, then you’ll want to get your exclusive Pavilion Passport.
“For only $25, you will get admission to the expo and get to taste what nine of Sudbury’s finest restaurants are serving,” Events Coordinator Michelle Gallant said. “Sit on the patio, enjoy some food and listen to some beautiful music by the Sudbury Symphony.
“Only 200 passports are available for purchase so you might want to pre-order yours to ensure you don’t miss out!”
A full day of workshops is planned on stage, featuring “Drink Your Beer and Eat it Too”, presented by The Laughing Buddha/Townhouse’s Paul Loewenberg. He’ll show you how to cook up some food using your favorite beer.
Also check out “Holiday Entertaining” by Legacy Catering’s, Stephanie Piche; “Cupcake Couture” by Lynne Van Beek, owner of Sweeet! Extraordinary Cakes & Pastry; “Balancing Work & Play” presented by Colleen Kleven, award-winning author; and “The Tremendous Benefits of Massage” by College Boreal’s massage therapy department.
