This year will mark the 20th anniversary of the hike up into the Oak Forest overlooking both Minnow Lake and Lake Ramsey.
It will be an opportunity to see how much growth has taken place with trees planted over the years as well as the leaves turning colour.
The walk which is free and suitable for all ages, with leashed dogs welcome. It will be guided by members of the Minnow Lake Restoration Group and Community Action Network.
Rubber soled shoes are recommended, plus a warm sweater or jacket if the weather is cool. Also bring along camera and binoculars. The walk will not take place if it rains.
