Featured artists include Bill Whittaker, Ellen Gorecki, Hermina Hubert, Colette Theriault, Paula Walsh, Gwen Cerutti, Muiriel MacLeod and many more.

Sudbury is truly known for its snowy and cold winters, a press release from Artists on Elgin said. Being a true northerner is all about embracing our winters and the artists have definitely captured this sentiment through their featured pieces.

All items featured in the show will be available to purchase through Artists on Elgin.

“We have an incredible variety of talent within our organization and being able to showcase so many of them within one show is a great opportunity not only for the artists, but for our community to see as well,” said Courtney Natale, business promotions co-ordinator with Artists on Elgin.

The 2014 Picture Our Lakes Calendar is also available at Artists on Elgin throughout the month. Calendars are $20 each. Please inquire about discounted rates when buying multiple calendars.

Artists on Elgin is located at 168 Elgin St., and is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
