Can a team of superheroes stop the evil Dr. Shock Clock and his minions?

That's what audiences will find out Feb. 1, during the Sudbury Theatre Centre's Students on Stage production of Comic Book Artist. It is performed by 20 local students from grades 4 to 12.

The play is set in New York City where danger looms. Stanley, an aspiring comic book artist, saves the day.

Catch one of two showings of the play at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Feb. 1.

Tickets cost $7 for children and students and $12 for adults and seniors. For more information, phone 705-674-7788.
