LOL at Little Montreal

LOL Sudbury has announced the lineup for its 2014 bar shows.

All of the shows are set in the “intimate, albeit spacious club setting of Little Montreal” on Elgin Street.

The Crown of Comedy: Feb. 5 at 7:30 p.m.

The Crown of Comedy features rising comedic talent from Northern Ontario, all vying for a cash prize.

Rock Solid Comedy: Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m.

Rock Solid Comedy features comics who are guaranteed to fill the house with a landslide of laughter. Be prepared for these energetic, off-the-wall comics to get you hitting the floor. Featuring Frank Russo, Darryl Orr, Derek Seguin, Dave Atkinson, Chuck Byrn and Tony Krolo.

Mourir de rire: Feb. 6 at 7:30 p.m.

LOL Sudbury’s Francophone comedic lineup brings riotous Quebec humour and award-winning local comedians to Little Montreal. Spotlighting a jam-packed cast of Quebecois and Northern Ontario comedians, Mourir de rire will be a laugh-filled showcase of Francophone-styled comedy. Featuring Eric Robitaille, Stef Paquette, Sebastien Bourgault, Guy Bernier and Denis Grignon.

TGIF: Feb. 7 at 9:30 p.m.

Thank God it's Friday. De-stress after a long week of work and come out for some unbridled fun, where you can forget about everything for one passionate and care-free night of hilarious jokes. Featuring Shawn McLaren, Sean Emery, Michelle Shaughnessey, Leland Klassen, Jesse Joyce (in from New York City).

LOL Late Night: Feb. 8 at 9:30 p.m. 

This show features comics guaranteed to cram the place with laughter. These are some of the most off-the-wall-hilarious talents gracing comedy stages today. Featuring Keith Pedro, Kyle Hickey, Jen Grant, Denis Grignon and Leland Klassen

Tickets can be purchased at the LOL Sudbury Box Office, online or by phone at 705-688-1234. Tickets for the Crown of Comedy are $15 and all other bar shows are $25 (including HST).
