Beatles fans invited to anniversary concert

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' first appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show", there will be a tribute to the Beatles on Feb. 9 at St. Andrew's Place. The concert, which starts at 7 p.m.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' first appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show", there will be a tribute to the Beatles on Feb. 9 at St. Andrew's Place.

The concert, which starts at 7 p.m., will feature local artists performing Beatles tunes, singalongs to Beatles songs and prizes for the best '60s costumes and best Beatles hairstyles.

Tickets, which cost $10, are available at the door or in advance at the St. Andrew's United Church office. The event is a fundraiser for St. Andrew's United Church.
