Cambrian celebrates 40 years of concerts

Cambrian College’s School of Music is marking 40 years of public concerts Feb. 7. A special concert planned for the occasion will highlight the talents of present and former faculty, as well as special guest artists.

A special concert planned for the occasion will highlight the talents of present and former faculty, as well as special guest artists.

Some of the performers include Metro Kozak, John Hannah, Marion Harvey and Brenda Arrowsmith.

Pieces featured during the musical evening will include Mozart’s Kegelstatt Trio, Brahms’ F minor Quintet and a world premiere commissioned by the Cambrian guitar faculty (also known as The Sudbury Guitar Trio).

The event, which starts at 7:30 p.m., will take place in Cambrian's amphitheatre (room 2226).
