STC staging public farewell for artistic director

The Sudbury Theatre Centre (STC) is inviting the public to help them bid farewell to David Savoy on March 6.

Savoy has been the artistic director at STC for more than four years. The 55-year-old recently announced he would be retiring due to the progression of his multiple sclerosis.

Guests are invited to sign their best wishes and to share a piece of cake with Savoy on March 6 at the STC from 6 to 8 p.m.

Those who wish to remain for the comedy 'Real Estate' will be given a special 'Farewell to David' price of $26.26.
