Fans of musical improvisation are invited to a concert at the Art Gallery of Sudbury on March 27.

Starting at noon, a newly formed group named the Sudbury Sound Collection will be performing.

Audiences can expect the musical group to spontaneously erupt into music without accompaniment or compositions as part of their presentation.

Sudbury Sound Collection was created in late 2013 and is directed by Jamie Arrowsmith, co-ordinator of Cambrian College's music program and music director of the Sudbury Youth Orchestra.

The event is free of charge.
