A very special staging of Avenue Q takes place at Sudbury Theatre Centre May 7.

Proceeds from ticket sales that evening go to ALS Canada and the Sudbury Brain Injury Association.

The Tony award winning music is an edgy, thinly disguised parody of Sesame Street. The play is not suitable for children, as it contains mature content.

Tickets to the play, which has a 7:30 p.m. curtain time, cost $40 each. To purchase tickets, phone 1-800-267-4257, ext. 208.
