After the success of the first Movie Night Under the Stars event earlier this month, organizers are putting on a second event Aug. 30.
In memory of legendary comedian Robin Williams, who recently passed away due to suicide, the 1995 Williams family classic Jumanji will be screened.
The event, which begins at 8 p.m. in the parking lot at 50 Cedar St., also includes a performance by the band Sea Perry.
Admission is free, although organizers are collecting donations for efforts to bring an independent cinema to the downtown in the wake of the closure of Rainbow Cinemas last year. Bring your own seating.
