Ribfest kicked off this Friday with six professional ribbers, competing for a number of awards, including "People's Choice Award", "Best Ribs" and "Best Sauce".

Northern Life caught up with rib king and veteran, "Dragon" AKA Chad Cannon, from London's Boss Hog's, who shared with us some tips behind the brand's success, along with some prize winning ribs of course.

Boss Hog's and competitors will continue to wow patrons all weekend long from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
