Funny songstress: Jann Arden visits Sudbury this month

Canadian singer-songwriter Jann Arden takes the stage at Sudbury Arena at 8 p.m. Sept. 16.

Arden, 52, has eight Juno awards under her belt, and a few decades' worth of hit songs, including Insensitive, Good Mother and Could I Be Your Girl?

Her Sudbury show is part of a September concert tour of Canada in support of her latest album, Everything Almost.

Those attending the concert should probably expect a few laughs. Known for her humour, Arden has made numerous appearances on the Rick Mercer Report.
