Celebrating '69: John Fogerty visits Sudbury Arena

Creedance Clearwater Revival's John Fogerty takes the stage at the Sudbury Arena starting at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 17.

Fogerty is calling us back to 1969, to re-invigorate those ties that bind us, with his upcoming “1969” World Tour this November.

That year, he released three separate albums with Creedence Clearwater Revival (Bayou Country, Green River, and Willy and the Poor Boys), and gave the nation, even the world, an emotional and intellectual marker forever burned within our collective psyche.

“I just took it all in, everyone knew we were at a pivotal moment, I took it all in and turned it into songs,” Fogerty said, in a press release.

The upcoming show will be centered around 1969, but also include his complete catalog of hits.
