Fine voices, mellow guitars and nine stirring songs inject true musical delight into this play.

Two outwardly strong, yet inwardly fragile personalities come together in a sudden eruption of hope and sensitivity. This lively mix of urban tale, romantic comedy and folk-based musical theatre will leave you feeling light-hearted.

It’s late June in Edinburgh and fate conspires to unite Helena and Bob. She’s a jet-setting divorce lawyer; he’s a small time crook. They are both 35 years old and disillusioned with life and love.

Helena brings Bob back to her place in a spirit of meaningless distraction, but unexpectedly, their story morphs into a euphoric escapade that will soon collide with destiny.

On the edge of their lives, will they fall to their deaths or fly off into the sky?

Tickets to the play, which cost $18 for students, $23 for seniors and $32 for adults, are available at www.letno.ca.
