Lazer Hosen! Stack brews up special Oktoberfest beer

Sudbury's own Stack Brewing has a special offering in honour of Northern Lights Oktoberfest, which will be held in Bell Park on Oct. 3 and 4.

They've brewed up a beer they're calling Lazer Hozen.

This traditional Dunkelweizen (dark wheat) is brewed with both roasted malts and balanced by a tasty chocolate malty flavour.

“Put on your lederhosen, grab someone spaetzle, and celebrate Oktoberfest,” the brewery said on its Facebook page.

Stack isn't the festival's only official brewery. According to its Facebook page, Northern Lights Oktoberfest will also play host to Lake of Bays Brewing Company, Big Rock Brewery, Steam Whistle Pilsner and Beau's all Natural Brewing Co.

Many of these brewers will have special OktoberFest brews that you can't get anywhere else.
