When the mercury falls and the holidays are fast approaching, the people of Sudbury know that it’s time for the Nouveau Louvre at la Galerie du Nouvel-Ontario.

La Galerie du Nouvel-Ontario invites all artists, of all practices, practising all styles, expressing themselves through every possible medium, to show their work during the most far-out non-juried exhibition in Northern Ontario: le Nouveau Louvre.

Whether your work is made with charcoal, oil paint, Crayola crayons, clay, acrylics, stained glass, photography or anything else, we will gladly show it on our walls.

This fundraising event’s winning formula makes it so that every work of art is sold for $150, of which $100 is paid to the artist and $50 to the GNO.

“We are accepting up to two individual pieces at a time per artist. These will be displayed at the GNO from Saturday Nov. 15 to Saturday Dec. 20 2014.

We encourage all artists to bring us their pieces as soon as possible, so that we may add them to the Nouveau Louvre’s website and guarantee a successful exhibition.

Bring your artwork to la GNO (174 Elgin St.) before Nov. 14, Tuesday to Saturday from noon to 6 p.m.
