The domestic market for craft beer is becoming increasingly popular.

In Ontario, there are more than 40 licensed craft brewers producing premium, high-quality beer, each with their own unique brewing style.

Additionally, consumer interest in unique flavours and locally produced food and beverages has sparked a brewing phenomenon.

Craft beer encompasses a range of beer styles typically featuring high-quality ingredients and close attention to detail.
