Ninety-two per cent of Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario (CSCNO) students graduate within five years of starting secondary school, a full eight per cent above the provincial average.

The 2014 provincial average for graduation within five years of starting secondary school was 84 per cent, while 76 per cent of students received their diplomas in four years.

“The CSCNO takes pride in observing that our strategies aimed at student success and the efforts undertaken in our secondary schools enable our students to reach a high level of excellence and benefit from a truly remarkable graduation rate,” stated CSCNO director of education Lyse-Anne Papineau.

“Benefitting from the availability of quality programs such as the Specialist High Skills Majors, Co-op education and special skills training, our graduates are well equipped to become committed citizens who are motivated to surpass themselves.”
