The SPOT, Youth Rocks set to unveil new music video

The SPOT (Supporting Potential Overtime with Teens) presents its first annual Youth Arts Gala starting at 6 p.m. on May 6 at the Caruso Club.

The SPOT (Supporting Potential Overtime with Teens) presents its first annual Youth Arts Gala starting at 6 p.m. on May 6 at the Caruso Club.

Entertainment for the evening will include the music video release of “Always Be Home,” a song written by The SPOT participants and the Sudbury Youth Rocks Program.

The night will also include a lineup of youth speakers, musicians, dancers and more. The dress code is “Come As You Are” and guests are encouraged to attend in their favourite blue jeans.

Better Beginnings Better Futures’ The SPOT is a multi-functional hub serving youth in the Donovan, Flour Mill and downtown areas. The program provides services to teens aged 13 to 17 that promote healthy living, arts and culture.

The objective of the program is to strengthen participants’ resilience and improve their quality of life. The program is free and is accessible to teens five days a week at the O’Connor Park Club House.
