Warm weather brings Vale summer concert series

Vale has announced the lineup for its Bell Park summer concert series, set to take place from May to September. Cécile Doo-Kingué, a guitarist and singer-songwriter who blends blues, afro-roots and soul, performs May 20.

Vale has announced the lineup for its Bell Park summer concert series, set to take place from May to September.

Cécile Doo-Kingué, a guitarist and singer-songwriter who blends blues, afro-roots and soul, performs May 20. Toronto folk quintet Union Duke performs June 17. Modern blues performer Charlie A'Court is the July 15 performer.

Newfoundland family band Ennis performs Aug. 12. Nashville-based singer-songwriter Adam Crossley closes out the series on Sept. 16.

All concerts start at 7 p.m. at the Grace Hartman Amphitheatre. Admission is free, but donations to the Sudbury Food Bank are welcome.
