Local lounge acts wanted for 'Vale Cabaret'

Sudbury Theatre Centre is seeking locally-based lounge acts to feature in its new cabaret-style performance space.

A variety of acts and performers in various disciplines are being sought to headline a new entertainment series in what will become known as the Vale Cabaret.

Acts including singers/musicians, comedians, poets/spoken word performers, burlesque acts, and other performance artists are welcome to submit themselves for consideration.

Performers are invited to submit an expression of interest including a description of the act, bios of all performers involved, and technical requirements to [email protected].

The subject line should indicate “CABARET” and audio/video clips or links to content and other support material should be attached if available.

The new Vale Cabaret will be unveiled as part of a grander facility upgrade at an event in September 2015.
