Fagroongala has a musical treat for you

The new group Fagroongala has a musical treat for Sudburians at their latest pop-up concert, set to take place Aug. 27 at Salute.

“Fagroongala has been working hard to learn some new tunes,” said one of the band's members, Jane Russell.

“Now we'd like to share them with you. We're going to throw in some of our previous tunes that we love, because practice makes perfect.”

The group's members are Pat McGuire (guitar), Jane Russell (viola, violin), Brittany Goldsborough (bass) and Duncan Cameron (violin, mandolin, bouzouki, whistle).

The concert begins at 7 p.m. at Salute, located at 2195 Armstrong St.
