Lots to do this Family Day in Greater Sudbury

The City of Greater Sudbury is offering reduced rates for residents to enjoy a number of activities this Family Day on Feb. 15. Adanac and Lively Ski Hills will offer reduced rates for skiing and snowboarding from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Adanac and Lively Ski Hills will offer reduced rates for skiing and snowboarding from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Public swim times with reduced rates will be offered at Gatchell, Howard Armstrong Recreation Centre, Nickel District, Onaping and the R.G. Dow pools.

Public skating will also be offered at a reduced rate at local arenas.

The City reminds residents they can enjoy free outdoor skating at the Ramsey Lake Skating Path, Queen's Athletic Skating Oval and neighbourhood association outdoor rinks throughout the winter.

Please note that hockey sticks or pucks are not allowed on the Ramsey Lake Skating Path and the Queen's Athletic Skating Oval and that all outdoor activities are dependent on weather conditions.
