Students to attend National Heritage Fair

Four students from the Sudbury area have been selected to join the Newfoundland delegation at Historica’s 8th annual National Heritage Fair in St. John’s, Nfld., July 8-15. The National Heritage Fair is attended by 165 students from every province and territory and culminates in a public showing of the student‚ heritage projects on July 12. Kayla Becvar will be presenting her project on Sudbury’s blueberries. Tyler Maslakewycz’s project is on the MCTV Christmas telethon. Adam Léger of Val Caron did his project on the Big Nickel. Amelia Warnock of Lively will present her project on the Galilean Bible Camp.
