Head to A&W today to benefit food bank

Due to response, this event will happen again on Friday, Dec. 19, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Original Story

The owners of A&W on Lasalle Boulevard will donate a dollar from every teen burger sold Dec. 11 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Staff from the food bank will also be on site selling holiday cards to raise money.

These cards can be used to redeem a root beer from the Lasalle A&W, and make an excellent stocking-stuffer, according to a press release.

I'll gladly support the food bank, but A&W ahhhhhhk! I will donate, and order a mama, and papa cheeze burger, and fries combo, maybe salad too, and you can HOLD the hamburger, and fries, and keep the bun, lettuce, cheeze, and codoments. I'll have that salad though..........
