Fire causes severe damage to Garson home

A Garson home suffered severe fire, heat and smoke damage from a structural blaze occurring at 8:35 p.m. Dec. 25, at 20 Annala Rd., according to Greater Sudbury Fire Services.

The building was a multi storey home.

“Four stations responded. Residents had gone out for a Christmas dinner. Upon their return they found the house on fire,” said a release from the fire department. There were no injuries reported.

Cause of the fire remains undetermined at this time, according to the release. The fire is still under investigation by the fire department.
